What do you get as a minimum service from Houston Outsource?  You get the peace of mind that someone is taking care of your computer system so that you can concentrate on running your business!  We offer the following  with our Minimum Service Level Agreement (MSLA):

Automated Nightly Computer Maintenance routines for each computer.  Each routine is specialized to meet your needs!  This keeps your computers running as optimal as possible.

Monthly Onsite Assessments of each computer to ensure that each computer is running at its optimal capability.  We can increase this as well to twice a month or weekly visits at your request.

Weekly Offsite Assessments (though remote login) of each computer to ensure that each computer is continually running at its optimal capability.
