Guaranteed IT (GIT)!

We are proud to announce our Guaranteed IT (GIT) Service Level Agreement to you!  What is GIT?  Basically, any computers that fail while we have our maintenance program running, will get their computer fixed at no additional cost*!  Reinstallation of Operating System is included as long as you have a legally licensed copy of your Operating System.  Reinstallation of software programs used in your business is also included as long as you have a legally licensed copy.  You must have purchased the Remote Backup Service Level Agreement in order for your documents and accounting files to be restored.

*Disclaimer:  GIT Program is for End User Computers (Not Servers) actively running our Maintenance Program for a minimum of 2 weeks.  Hardware can not be the cause of computer failure.  However, if we determine that the cause is hardware related, parts can be purchased at cost plus tax (we will hand you the receipt for your records from a local retail outlet).  If hardware is the cause, hourly fees may apply.  However, we will obtain your approval before beginning.
