Q. What is the contract time
frame.
A. Normal contracts are for one year. Multiple year contracts
may be requested to set prices for a longer period of time.
Q. Why is there a minimum
monthly fee?
A. The minimum monthly fee is to cover all operating expenses for
the minimum service contract.
Q. I see that you offer a new
service. May I add it to my contract?
A. Yes, we may amend your contract to add new services or additional
services that you now feel you need.
Q. Can I request the same
technician for each site visit?
A. Yes! We feel that building a rapport with your technician
is a crucial part of our service.
Q. What if I am having
difficulty with our technician? May I request a different one?
A. While we feel that all of our technicians are professional in
their appearance, attitude, and offer exceptional service knowledge,
we do understand that building a rapport with your technician is a
crucial part of our service. Yes, you may request a different
technician. If we feel that our technicians are not
contributing to the benefit of our company and yours, immediate
retraining will ensue. Multiple complaints about a technician
from separate companies will result in the technicians dismissal.
Q. May I hire your technician
directly?
A. Our technicians sign a contract that they are not to sell their
services independently to one of our clients as well as signing a
non-disclosure agreement. Furthermore, they are not to work
for a competitor for a period of one year after leaving our company.
However, if you feel that you still want to hire our technician, we
may contract them out to you for a definite period of time, after
which you may hire them directly. The terms of this kind of
agreement is on a case by case basis.
Q. What are the qualifications
of your technicians?
A. The minimum certification we require is the A+ Certification by
CompTIA or two years experience working as IT personnel for a
verifiable company. Others may have additional certifications such as MCSE or CCNA that fall in line for the specialty that is requested.
Q. You offer additional
services besides your standard service. May I test drive the
service before I sign?
A. That depends on the service. We subcontract some of
these services out so that we may be a "one stop shop" for your I.T.
needs. In some cases, they offer a trial period. In some
cases, they do not.
